Due to COVID-19, this position will be remote until otherwise determined based on New Jersey State Health Guidelines. This person will need to live within driving distance of the corporate office to be considered for this position.The Talent Coordinator is responsible for full life-cycle talent acquisition, which requires the ability to drive strategic and tactical initiatives around effective candidate delivery to the business. These include candidate generation and pipeline development across the teams. The ideal candidate for the Talent Coordinator position will have previous experience in recruiting, or a human resources role, and have a current understanding of the recruiting and human resource landscape.RESPONSIBILITIESWork with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and prioritiesBuild candidate pipelines through proactive outreachManage multiple talent sourcing channels including Indeed and social mediaSource and review a large volume of candidate resumesConduct phone interviews when necessaryCoordinate the interview process with hiring managersConsistently follow up with targeted candidates through multiple hiring platformsMaintain detailed documentation of candidates within Trinity Solars internal applicant tracking processWhat We OfferNot just a career... but a career path to success!
