Description COTA- Providence St. Mary Medical Center- Home Health, Walla Walla, WA Schedule: Monday- Friday, Days The staff Occupational Therapist Assistant in the Home Health program provides for routine occupational therapy needs of patients under the Occupational Therapy plan of care. The Assistant will carry out the program as thoroughly and effectively as possible under the guidance and delegation of the Occupational Therapist. Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapy Assistant License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position.
