KBR is seeking a highly motivated self-starter, adaptable to a fast-paced exciting environment as a Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Technician in support of the Surface Combat Systems Center (SCSC) in Wallops Island, VA. This work is with a high op tempo team working on innovative technologies to maintain superiority in support of Air Warfare and Surface Warfare mission areas.

This is an SCA position.

Position Description:

As a Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of the Cooperative Engagement Capability system, a critical component of modern naval warfare. You will work closely with a team of skilled technicians and engineers to support the Navy's mission by ensuring the CEC system's optimal performance, accuracy, and reliability.

Required Experience:

  • Seven (7) years demonstrated experience assessing, troubleshooting, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance for the alignment, adjustment, removal, and replacement of Lowest Replaceable Units on the USG-2A/2B Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC).

Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field/discipline; or 4 additional years of demonstrated experience as outline above can be substituted for a degree.

Security Clearance Requirement: Secret security clearance.
