Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a qualified Secret IA Analyst in support of one of are large federal clients in Wallops Island on the Eastern Shore of Coastal Virginia. This candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and administering technology tools such as HBSS, ACAS, SEIM, firewall, and patch management to support DoD information systems security policy. Their day to day will include but is not limited to:

 - Implement and audit security controls following RMF Assessment and Authorization requirements

 - Conduct periodic audits for compliance with the DoD Security Technical Information Guide (STIG)

 - Monitor network vulnerability and apply necessary remedies

 - Review proposed designs to ensure proper security measures

 - Utilize available tools and scripts to enforce security policy and audit compliance

Skills and Requirements

· Associates Degree in a related field (Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred)

 · 2+ years of relevant experience (e.g. RMF process, system analysis, system audits, CISCO iOS, MS Window/Server, LINUX, network, DISA STIGS, Solarwinds, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution/Nessus, and system monitoring tools, IA compliance models and tools, IA control validation, risk management, incident response, and system security officer responsibilities)

 · Experience with Research, Development, Test & Evaluation

 · Possesses an IAT Level II or Level III Certification

· Active Secret security clearance · Bachelors degree in a related field

 · 5+ years of experience and ability to lead a team

Experience doing patching, repository testing, configuring, and network management between Linux devices (preferably RHEL 8 & RHEL 9) null
