Description
We are in search of a People Operations Specialist to join our team located in Walnut Creek, California. This role is a long-term contract position in the behavioral health industry. As a People Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all internal HR enquiries, maintain employee records, and generate reports for various departments. This position is 100% remote, but the candidate must reside in California.
People Operations Specialist Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for all internal HR-related questions from employees
• Regularly update job postings
• Enter employee information, including new hire data, terminations, and job title changes into Workday
• Conduct regular audits in Workday to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Generate reports for various departments as needed
• Maintain confidential and accurate employee records
• Utilize skills in ADP Workforce Now, Auditing, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Communication, Workday and Human Resources (HR) Administration.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Extensive experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
• Commitment to adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines in HR practices.
