Aston Carter Office Administrator in Waltham, Massachusetts

Job Description

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact in our office, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for visitors. This role involves supporting Vice Presidents in administrative functions, managing communications, and handling confidential files and databases. The ideal candidate will also assist in preparing presentations, maintaining calendars, sorting incoming mail, managing catering relationships, and supporting the office manager with various duties including event planning.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Work Environment

This is a full-time on-site role with work hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and some flexibility. The position requires a presence in the office five days a week, with flexibility as needed.
