As a Sr. Compensation Consultant at Pega, you will gain exposure to market data and salary surveys to understand the importance of market information and analytics to help recruit, motivate and retain employees. You will be a key member of the Compensation Team within Human Resources to help with day to day operations.

What You'll Do at Pega:
Operational Support Responsibilities
Ensure the integrity of data in SuccessFactors through regular audits (job codes, titles, salary ranges, etc.).
Maintain salary ranges for all roles across Pega globally
Partner with key stakeholders (People Tech, People Ops, Analytics) to evolve our practices to enable automated operational efficiencies (off-cycle increases, promos, reward letters)
Collaborate with recruiting to ensure all relevant information is available and ready to leverage in making offers (benchmark data, equity standards)
Lead weekly HRIS meeting and maintain status log (use OneNote)
Operationalize various compensation processes and procedures
Compensation Responsibilities
Propose benchmarking or re-classification of jobs
Participate in annual compensation initiatives and administration process and propose process improvements
Draft compensation policies, as needed
Assist in managing salary survey submissions and annual market analysis
Create more efficient ways to summarize monthly equity reporting
Perform other compensation related duties, as needed

What You've Accomplished:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
2 to 3 years' experience in HR
Excel skills are a bonus
Strong attention to details and data accuracy
Solid team player and able to balance many different projects and deliverable
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
