What will you be doing?
Operate required equipment to blast all required components for production activities.
Performs pre-operational inspections on all shot blast equipment.
Maintains equipment as required (ex: daily preventative maintenance)
Maintain quality requirements as defined by Company standards. Masks off areas as needed to protect from blast media
Adheres to all safety polices and conducts activities in a safe and organized manner.
General clean up of work area

Positive, can-do attitude
Strong work ethics including being dependable.
Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment and occasionally be outside when moving to different buildings.
Ability to add and subtract 2 digit numbers a
Ability to multiply and divide with 10's & 100's
Must wear a fresh air helmet and leather gloves
Must have mechanical ability, steadiness of hand and manual dexterity.
Ability to stand, walk, use hands, frequently lift or move 50lbs
Must have good vision
