Description We are seeking a dedicated Property Administrator to be part of our team in the real estate and property management industry. The role is based in Wareham, Massachusetts, offering a long-term contract employment opportunity. As a Property Administrator, your main goal would be to handle leasing and occupancy related matters, maintain customer records, and handle customer inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the leasing operations of the property
• Deliver excellent customer service and experience
• Execute tasks requiring knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Oversee the processing of customer applications
• Manage rental properties with efficiency and diligence
• Work closely with the team to ensure optimal property management
• Be proactive in handling sales-related tasks and duties. Requirements • Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant, demonstrating proficiency in managing client relationships and closing deals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage large data sets, perform complex calculations, and create detailed reports.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Property Management, including handling all aspects of tenant relations, property maintenance, and compliance with regulations.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Rental Properties, including marketing properties, screening prospective tenants, and overseeing lease agreements.
