PCSI Production Control Clerk, Warren MI in Warren, Michigan

Description

Essential Job Functions

  • Compiles and records production data from Operational documents and inputs data in ArMA and GFEBS Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

  • Develops various production reports based out of GFEBS CMMS

  • Ability to answer PCSI customer requests via phone or email with proper customer service

  • Support Human Resource functions including onboarding/out-processing, employee request forms, report processing, and human resource software programs.

  • Support Payroll functions including processing timesheets, payroll forms, and company payroll software

  • Support Finance department functions including labor & material entry, accounting, and accounts payable/receivable tasks.

  • Maintain, update, and file documents for audit preparation and historical

  • Read, understand, and retain contractual requirements for the Detroit Arsenal operations & maintenance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must type a minimum 35 words per

  • Preferred (2) years’ related experience working in a CMMS system or

  • Preferred demonstrated knowledge of construction

  • Must have data entry skills and experience using Microsoft Office computer software applications with Microsoft SharePoint a plus.

Working Condition

  • Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving

  • Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and

  • Possess valid driver’s license and maintain good driving

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance, including a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI)
