DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary Duties & Responsibilities * Responsible for documenting existing It security group operations * Conduct DPIA and risk assessments on applications and assets in OneTrust * Vulnerability management analysis and remediation * Setup SOC dashboards for monitoring and alerting (requires web skills) * SOX audit organization and setup in Freshservice for FY25 * Perform basic red team / pen tests * Phishing testing * Document processes and procedures * Other projects as assigned
Education & Experience * High School Graduate with 2 years related work experience.
Skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Exceptional customer service orientation. * Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. * Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Working Conditions * This position is hybrid / remote * May require occasional off-site meetings or travel * Regular use of a computer and other office equipment is necessary * Interaction with team members and external contacts is a regular part of the job * May require occasional overtime and flexibility in work hours to accommodate project
Physical Requirements * Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting meetings. * Use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents. * Occasional lifting of objects or materials up to 20 pounds for administrative tasks. * Mobility within the office environment to attend meetings or interact with colleagues. * Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and to handle other computer components. * Occasional inspection and installation of cables in floors and ceilings. * Lifting and transporting of moderately heavy objects, such as computers and peripherals
