We're hiring a Sr. Program Manager, where you will spearhead complex Instrumentation and Controls (I&C) projects within Commercial Nuclear Power Plants.
This individual will have responsibility to: Lead and Program Manage a >$100M fleet wide I&C upgrade program for a critical utility Customer Oversee the current $70M portfolio of projects with the same Customer, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget; assist in resolution of escalated problems Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Customer, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Coordinate with various departments, including engineering, procurement, account teams, etc, to ensure project success of the Customer portfolio. Oversee and support project managers within the portfolio, providing guidance and mentorship to assist in advancing the Project Management development goals Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders on the portfolio health. Ensure compliance with all Westinghouse project management standards and procedures. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. Mentor and develop junior project managers within the department (inside and outside of Customer fleet); assist with global project management improvement initiatives Who You Are: Bachelor's degree required PMI PMP Certification or another equivalent project management certification is required 5+ years of experience of Program/Project Management experience required 10-15 years of experience preferred Nuclear I&C experience in Project Management strongly preferred Why Westinghouse?
