Stantec Procurement & IT Asset Management Coordinator (Part Time) in Warrington, United Kingdom

Stantec UK&I is going through an exciting period of growth and to support this growth, we are now seeking a Procurement & IT Asset Management Coordinator to join our EMEA Procurement and Real Estate team on a part time basis (22.5 hours p/w).

As Procurement & IT Asset Management Coordinator, you will participate in supporting the regional IT team with the effective delivery of business software. The role involves liaison with the global software team, and with business functional teams and software owners.

You will work with the business to set the annual software budget, manage existing software licenses in accordance with defined business processes, and take ownership of purchasing new software licenses, as well as the renewal of software maintenance.

You will maintain a positive and solutions-oriented approach to work, providing open and honest feedback.

ABOUT YOU

Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly personality, along with strong organisational and attention to detail abilities are essential. You will possess the ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as having a strong personal initiative and ability to work unsupervised.

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite is also essential.
