What you will do -- Highlights of Responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on promoting Just in Time GCP's products and services to pharma, device, and biotech companies. 
  2. Leverage market insights to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  3. Lead RFP/RFI and proposal development activities across the organization.
  4. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in clinical research organizations, pharmaceutical, device, and biotech companies to drive company sales efforts.
  5. Engage with clients regularly through face-to-face meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  6. Lead efforts in market segmentation and identify new sectors or organizations that can benefit from the organization's services.

To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate would have:

  1. Undergraduate degree and minimum of 10-15+ years' experience selling life sciences products to pharma, device, or biotech companies.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales growth, client relationship management, and achieving aggressive revenue targets
  3. Experience in developing and executing sales strategies within highly regulated industries, particularly in the life sciences sector
  4. Small company experience a plus
  5. Understanding of GCP compliance and TMF management processes, with the ability to effectively communicate their importance to potential clients
  6. Excellent understanding of clinical trial conduct, processes, and functional groups involved in clinical trials
  7. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  8. Travel -- 40%
