Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and motivated General Auto Mechanic Tire/Lube/Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of automotive maintenance tasks, including tire changes, oil changes, and general vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks
Inspect and maintain vehicle tires and brakes
Conduct basic engine diagnostics and repairs
Perform tire and lube services, including tire installation and balancing
Maintain accurate records of services performed
Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
Follow company policies and procedures for automotive maintenance
Ensure a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic or in a similar role
Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
