- Must have degree in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences.
- Know how to seed plants, transplant plants, operate a tunnel, operate tractor equipment.
- Experience with Good Agriculture Practices (GAP), and organic processes and procedures.
- Manage team of 5-10 people.
- Must have NCDL and transportation.
- Must have knowledge of regenerative practices.
