We're looking for a passionate platform engineer who is eager to make an impact on their career and take on a new challenge.

Join our Cloud Engineering team in Warsaw! In this exciting role you will take responsibilities in two areas: the Cloud Platform and the GenAI Platform. You'll broaden your understanding of Azure by using it every day and build the domain knowledge in the selected business unit, making a real impact through their journey in the cloud.

With us, you will build your cloud skills in practice by:

• Being part of a team of engineers with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience who will help you smoothly transition into the role and provide support when needed.

• Using Azure daily to optimize resources, configure features, and manage networking.

• Managing Azure with various tools such as Azure Portal, CLI, and Terraform, with privileges not available to regular P&G users.

• Setting up Generative AI infrastructure based on OpenAI technologies, testing their preview versions

• Collaborating with partners such as Microsoft, Google, or Databricks to leverage the latest technologies and capabilities.

• Collaborating with selected business units to tackle their challenges and leverage the power of Azure.

• Cooperating with business leaders to fully understand problems, find solutions, and implement them.

• Optimizing infrastructure to ensure cost savings while maintaining peak efficiency.

• Creating robust disaster recovery strategies tailored to specific use cases, safeguarding operations against unforeseen disruptions.

• Focusing on fostering collaboration and mitigating negative impacts.

• Developing cutting-edge generative-AI capabilities for P&G, empowering the company to lead the industry.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for a Platform Engineer with experience in:

• Azure (resource configuration, networking setup, access management) - required

• ADO, GitHub, Jira, Confluence

• Terraform

• Command line scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or CLI)

• Python

• Generative AI

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are equally important as technical skills.

• Industry certifications, such as Azure DevOps, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, and others are nice to have but not required, as you will have the opportunity to gain them.
