Accenture Recruiting Associate Manager in Warsaw, Poland
The core responsibility of the Recruitment Team Lead (TL) is to drive recruitment excellence throughout their team and partner with business stakeholders to deliver a robust recruitment solution in response to dynamic and changeable annual plans.
The TL will develop, drive and advise their team in the execution of the talent strategies for the business, ensuring Recruitment delivery; expert stakeholder and candidate engagement; and driving positive change through innovation and value-added activities. TL will be also involved in number of projects focused on e.g. processes improvement, change management, inclusion & diversity.
Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring and to ensure we are meeting key hiring objectives for the business
Participate in design customized and executable talent plans, while building excellent relationships across all stakeholder groups
Supporting a Recruitment team to deliver high volume annual demand with focus around objective monitoring, performance feedback, coaching/mentorship
Support appropriate action to improve performance if required
Support exceptional candidate experiences throughout the Recruitment life cycle
Work with 3rd parties where required to support delivery and innovation
Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation to ensure that Accenture is market leading in our
Recruitment delivery and engagement with Stakeholders and the candidates
Provide accurate and structured reporting for business stakeholders, Recruitment Manager, other HR
Other HR including HRBPs and Talent Supply Chain

Previous agency and/ or in-house recruitment experience preferred within a Tech, Digital or Tech Consulting environment with a global reach and an understanding of recruiting into a matrixed organization
Proven experience managing and advising a diverse group of business stakeholders – often with conflicting interests – to provide sound recruitment solutions
Team leading experience
Proven ability in developing and executing recruiting strategies and campaigns
Collaborative team player across the Recruitment – driving inclusion, seeking continuous improvement through day to day work and leading by example in all aspects of your day-to-day role
Business acumen and ability to operate on a high-level
Ability to partner and collaborate with wider HR functions across organization including Recruitment, Marketing, Talent Supply Chain, Field HR, Reward etc. to deliver the overall hiring plan in line with cross function plans
