This is where our Business Operations team plays an important role, collaborating with our Business Development Managers (based in Europe, Asia or Americas) and other departments such as Marketing, Finance, Procurement and Customer Service & Logistics.
How you will contribute
Responsibilities:
Independent management of some customer(s) from dedicated region
Maintenance of sales documentation (business plans, price lists, promo plans)
Smooth execution of tasting and in-store activations together with customer development team; arranging hostesses with support of external agencies, coordination of tasting activities
Responsibility for accrual calculation process at the year-end and analysis of investments for dedicated customers through the year
Acting as linkage between sales and other relevant departments (Finance, Cat.Marketing, Customer Marketing, Procurement, CS&L) to fulfil company’s KPIs
Be a point of contact for customer enquiries (customer exposure)
Obtaining and uploading In-Market Sales reports
Ensure compliance within own field of responsibility
Manage all ad-hoc administrative tasks which could include, and is not limited to, the organization of promotional events, samples ordering process, updating master data, database maintenance, artworks etc.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
2 - 4 years working experience (Sales Support or Trade Marketing, Business Administration)
Knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP, MS Excel, CRM)
Solid communication and problem solving skills
Experience in analysis & critical reasoning
Ability to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure
Customer focus and drive for results
Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written)
