UL, LLC Document Control Specialist in Warszawa, Poland

As our business is growing, we are looking for a new colleague to join our wonderful Document Control Team to help them support our Engineers in ensuring that the certification documentation has correct data and all documents are in place. This is an entry level position and we are open to both experienced and unexperienced candidates.
Manages certification documentation using appropriate programs and tools, based on relevant instructions and procedures.
Analyzes projects, verifying data on various aspects of the certification process.
Analyzes data in certification documentation for any discrepancies.
Proactively communicates with other departments to resolve issues and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Provides necessary information, receives inquiries and supports in resolving issues.
Actively supports activities and initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of work.

Individual with working experience in a similar role or a High School/University Graduate without experience.
Communicative knowledge of English (international environment).
Very good knowledge of MS Office package.
Excellent work organization, meticulousness and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, critical thinking and interpretation skills.
Ability to handle repetitive day to day tasks with high quality.
