be an integral part of the Philips Personal Health digital team in Poland as a Web Content Specialist. You will create and implement layouts for Philips’s webpages, reflecting the company’s branding and design aesthetic. You will be responsible for maximizing user experience and search engine optimization as well as website maintenance to increase consumers’ engagement with Philips’s websites, working closely with marketing and digital teams.

Your responsibility is to:

  • Take a key role in the layout of Philips websites maintaining a high-level view across all pages to increase annual revenue

  • Design the website's visual imagery and ensure it's in line with company branding policy

  • Work closely with marketing and digital teams to create landing pages and product pages that will help to increase consumer engagement

  • Understand, implement, and maintain high quality SEO policies and incorporate them with web content during the design stage that the sites are likely to rank well.

  • Collect and analyze data on website usage to improve performance

  • Respond to reports of technical problems and work with the Digital Service to fix them quickly

  • Ensure that web pages are responsive no matter what type of device is being used.

  • Liaise with Marketing, Graphic Designers and Digital to test different designs to see which are most effective and ensure that tasks are completed on time

  • Add and remove products from the websites including image design and optimization, content uploading and setting up redirects

  • Proofread content and make changes where necessary, redesigning existing website pages to improve conversion or SEO working closely with our digital marketers

  • Support the branding process to deliver every site to life with the support of Digital Service

  • Monitor Online Excellence (OLE) and initiate product content adaptions & optimizations in close collaboration with relevant marketing and digital teams.

  • Monitor Rating & Reviews and provides feedback loop to relevant Marketing and digital teams

  • Coordination & running UAT’s (User Acceptance Test) in the country with relevant stakeholders and signing off on activation

  • Create Photoshop Design File (PSDs) for visual layout of web pages and convert designs into HTML and CSS

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • IT Degree or equivalent in digital science

  • 2 years of experience working in graphic/website design

  • Working knowledge of HTML & CSS, Photoshop, Adobe software, Illustrator and JavaScript.

  • Understanding of WordPress and page builders (Elementor)

  • A basic understanding of code

  • Creation of WordPress websites using Elementor/Live Canvas an advantage

  • Skills in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Knowledge of UI and UX design including wireframing

  • A commercially minded view and understanding

  • Have can-do attitude and the ability to work to tight deadlines and manage a busy workload

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience of managing multiple projects at once

  • Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy

  • The creative sense and feeling that allows to design beautiful yet easy-to-use pages

  • Fluent in English & Polish speaking and writing is a must

  • Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
