Actalent Manufacturing Engineer in Waseca, Minnesota
Description:
• Develop detailed work instructions and visual aids for product assembly. • Interface with production operators and technicians to establish Manufacturing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and product qualification. • Interpret technical documentation related to product manufacturing and acceptability such as schematics; engineering drawings, customer controlled specifications, and military/industry standards. • Support implementation of all key matrices. Records, summarizes, and presents data/information to department operations. • Monitors trends in quality data (yields, defects per million, scrap, CARs), executes corrective actions and identifies continual improvement opportunities in response to product and process failures. • Drives the optimization of process efficiency and effectiveness through collaboration with production operators, supervisors, and technicians by utilizing effective root cause and corrective action analysis.
