JPMorgan Chase Cross-CR U.S. Markets Program Manager, Vice President in Washington, District Of Columbia

We are seeking a Vice President for our Corporate Responsibility (CR) Executive Office, who will be instrumental in designing, developing, and executing comprehensive CR strategies across the U.S., particularly in our priority markets. This role will be pivotal in maximizing our collective impact in key strategic markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our business and CR objectives, strong analytical skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline focused organization. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior management, understand the firm's local and national priorities, and refine problem-solving, strategy, and communication skills.

As a Cross-CR U.S. Markets Program Manager, Vice President within the Corporate Responsibility Executive Office, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and executing holistic CR strategies across various markets in the United States. You will focus on tailoring these strategies to local needs and opportunities, aligning them with key business strategies, and leveraging the entirety of CR's toolkit to advance our business objectives and promote inclusive growth. Your role will be critical in maximizing our collective impact in key strategic markets. You will report directly to the Chief of Staff for Corporate Responsibility, and your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline focused organization will be key to your success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as central program management function to coordinate the development, execution, and continuous refinement of cross-CR market strategies, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall goals, CR's national priorities and the local context

  • Design and manage regular reporting processes to provide visibility to senior CR leadership and support accountability across responsible parties

  • Liaise as needed across market teams, national CR leadership and other senior leaders across the firm to connect dots, increase efficiency, enhance strategies, share information and ensure accountability at key moments throughout the year

  • Help organize and support semi-annual business planning processes for priority markets, ensuring all participants have necessary materials and grounding in relevant CR priorities

  • Serve as primary liaison between JPMC Market Leadership Team and local market teams through business planning to ensure alignment between local CR strategies and local line of business priorities

  • Manage specific projects or initiatives under the US Markets umbrella, namely market strategies and complementary presentations, ensuring timely delivery and relevance to the Head of CR, CR Management Team and other senior leaders

  • Forge strong relationships within the firm, including with data teams to facilitate more informed and consistent strategy development and support for tracking and reporting execution

  • Design and implement after-action process including a new year-end peer/360 review process

  • Work with internal partners to embed relevant Legal, Risk and Communications protocols into planning and approval processes

  • Identify, develop, and manage process improvements related to annual business planning, in-market senior leader engagements, etc.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in role/s that touches both strategy and execution in a complex organization

  • Excellent judgment, organizational skills and independent decision-making and problem-solving ability

  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement comprehensive frameworks to bring consistency and quality to wide-ranging strategic processes

  • Experience working horizontally in complex organizational settings for collective impact

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders

  • Proven capability to forge, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, partners, and external collaborators to ensure the success of an initiative

  • Flexibility to travel on occasion to participate in team offsites and strategy meetings, as needed

  • Mastery of core Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
