KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards

  • Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements / specifications

  • Execute functional, integration, regression, system, and performance tests on data applications

  • Conduct end-to-end testing of data processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes

  • Verify data transformations and migrations to ensure data accuracy / integrity

  • Validate data against source systems, data models, and business requirements

  • Utilize SQL and other query languages to extract and validate data from databases

  • Develop / maintain automated test scripts to streamline and enhance test execution, implement, and manage test automation frameworks for data testing

  • Identify, document, and track defects / discrepancies in data applications and collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot / resolve issues

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of IT Product Testing experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university

  • SAFe Agile Certification preferred

  • Experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe / Scrum) with direct professional experience delivering within agile IT projects

  • Experience / functional capability with JIRA

  • Strong understanding of governance, controls, process / procedures, centers of competency, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and stewardship, information integrity and compliance, and data quality management

  • Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements

  • Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance
