Responsibilities
We are seeking a mission-focusedNetwork Administrator Level 2 to support and contribute to our government customer’s success in Washington, D.C.!
Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:
Provide customer desktop support when required (e.g., hardware failures).
Provide incident management alongside problem management for analysis of incidents that indicate a larger problem.
Use information provided by Tier 1 and log additional information as needed.
Use administrative access to network components to research errors, incidents, problems
Provide incident analysis and identification of potential problems.
Resolve service requests.
Escalate service requests to Tier 3, if necessary.
Route service requests to the appropriate organization required for incident resolution.
Enter solutions into the solutions database.
May manage projects / processes.
Coach and reviews the work of more junior professionals.
Influence others regarding system design, solutions, and procedures.
Some positions may require shift work.
Qualifications
Required Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies:
Years of experience with one of the following:
High School/GED plus seven (7) years of relevant experience
Associate degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience
Master's degree plus one (1) year of relevant experience
DOD 8140 certification(s): IAT II, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Security Clearance Level:
C urrent CI Poly
Shift Schedule:
Sun-Wed 1400-0000
Full-time on-site
