DMV Home Therapy Physical Therapist for Home Visits in Washington, District Of Columbia
Seeking Physical Therapists to join our home care team to treats patients in their own homes, based on the Medicare part b outpatient model as prescribed by their doctor.
Licensed Physical Therapist in the District of Columbia (DC)
Has at least one years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist. Community/home health experience is preferred.
Can commit to a minimum of 5 cases (10 hours a week).
Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
Possesses and maintains current Liability Insurance.
