Chenega Enterprise Systems & Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services ’ company, is looking for a Program Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in the mission to defend against cyber threat actors that target the United States. The Program Manager will serve as the point of contact and be responsible for all work performed by a 100 person multi-functional team.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day management of the contracted staff by planning, coordinating and directing activities, managing schedules and cost, and providing on- time and within budget performance against all aspects of the contractual effort.
Provide demonstrated effective team management skills, and proficient levels of professional experience.
Act as the liaison between the contractor, contracting staff, and the government POCs.
Monitor contracted staff work progress, and build a trust relationship with the government POCs.
Exhibit strong leadership skills and build rapport with key stakeholders.
Ensure that contract requirements, deliverables and service levels are met.
Provide timely and reliable reporting across all programs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Minimum of 10 years experience managing programs.
Minimum of 10 years experience managing programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English.
