ManpowerGroup OCM Lead in Washington, District Of Columbia

Our client is seeking a Salesforce Change Management Lead to join their team. This is a W2 contract and will be 100% remote. This will also require the ability to obtain a public trust security clearance (must be a US citizen).

Job Title: Salesforce Change Management Lead

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $85-$92/hr

What’s the Job?

  • The Operational Change Management (OCM) Lead works with change practitioners to help end-users effectively use Salesforce tools.

  • The lead is responsible for developing and executing a Change Management Strategy tailored to client needs.

  • This includes creating training and learning opportunities through live webinars, in-person session, and professional development programs such as "Champions" programs.

  • The OCM Lead will also create detailed application user guides, as well as other communication materials such as SOPs, FAQs, etc.

  • This role is essential for making sure users get the most out of Salesforce tools that have been implemented in the customer's environment, since the OCM Lead will be on the front lines with users - they are there to answer questions, as well as collect and analyze user feedback on current and future system functionality to inform the product roadmap, better understand the needs of the user base, and identify potential pain points that can be improved through system enhancements or improved change management.

  • It is a must the OCM lead has effective presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences (Senior Executives and IT management).

  • Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance (must be a US citizen)
