Koniag Data Solutions LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a skilled Senior Workflow Coordinator– Program Manager with a TS/SCI clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Washington, DC.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of effectively communicating with government personnel and managing program resources. This remote position requires the candidate to be located within a 50-mile radius of Washington, DC.

Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to :

  • Preparation of Management Plans, cost analysis, activity and project tracking schedules, risk registers, and risk and issue mitigation strategies for all OPM activities.

  • Provide management and coordination of projects ranging in scope from single system to Agency wide implementation. Managed projects may also have government wide impact such as the Electronic Government initiatives.

  • Meet with stakeholders to determine requirements and maintain requirements trace ability matrix.

  • Develop detailed work breakdown schedules to track milestones, tasks, and resource allocation to meet project deadlines.

  • Ensure project deliverables are met and identify and mitigate schedule risk.

  • Ensure all phases of the project are documented as outlined in government policies and processes.

  • Assist in the development of technical documentation, such as, but not limited to verbiage for manuals, notices/events, web content, automated documentation, processes.

  • Overseeing all aspects of workflow and program management, with a focus on maintaining excellent communication with government stakeholders.

  • Communicating effectively with government personnel and maintaining appropriate contractor management interface with client leadership, COR, and TPOCs.

  • Managing staffing levels, oversight, service level agreements, and performance requirements to ensure program success.

  • Demonstrating foresight in program planning by identifying problems, providing alternative solutions, and minimizing impacts to the program.

  • Improving processes through training, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables to avoid government intervention during critical times.

  • Managing and monitoring burn rates to optimize program resource allocation.

  • Following policies and procedures, leading teams effectively, and demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management and working with government stakeholders.

  • Strong written communication skills and diplomatic abilities.

  • Proven track record in managing program resources and communicating with government personnel.

  • Ability to cope with stress, problem-solve effectively, and manage time efficiently.

  • Understanding general project management principles and best practices.

  • Ability to work within the required 50-mile radius of Washington, DC.

  • Experience in managing and monitoring burn rates for program resources.

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Must possess the following certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ITIL

  • Must possess the following certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, ITIL

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field from an accredited college or university.

  • Remote (Must live within 50 miles of TRB)

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
