As the Team Lead, Data Quality, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement of the accuracy and quality of our data and listings. You will work as a player/coach to lead a team of 3-4 analysts and work to optimize processes for efficiency and scalability. You will work closely and collaborate with our Data Analytics and Engineering teams. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and help ensure we are constantly improving our listings to better serve our customers.

This position is located in Washington, DC and offers a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

· Act as a player coach to 3-4 analysts

· Deep understanding of business initiatives and domain knowledge to compare and analyze data and listing information from various data providers

· Develop and standardize data reporting, analysis processes and create dashboards as necessary

· Perform tests, validate data flows and debug ETL processes

· Perform data analysis to identify data integrity gaps

· Utilize data sources to provide new developments and improve data management processes

· Streamline and improve reporting and analysis strategies

· Provide specialized reports to various teams

· Cross collaborate with data analytics, engineering, product and executive stakeholders

· Staying up to date with industry knowledge and trends

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college.

· A track record of commitment to prior employers

· 7+ years in data analytics, data quality or data integrity

· Serve in a lead capacity driving projects

· Extensive experience automating data integration processes

· Experience improving large data sets with continuous data ingestion

· Experience pulling reports for various teams and stakeholders

· Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders and business partners to ensure initiatives align with business objectives

· Solid attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

· 2+ years in a leadership role

· Residential or Commercial Real Estate domain knowledge

· Experience with SQL, python or cloud technologies
