You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST OPERATIONS SPECIALIST of the Navy (Research, Development, & Acquisition) Navy International Programs Office (Navy IPO). Responsibilities You will support Country Program Directors (CPD) in the extraction and analysis of FMS case data/reports from IT systems. You will conduct and assist in conducting meetings and briefings. You will plan and carry out projects and analyses of organizations requirements. You will resolve most conflicts. You will develop and/or assist in development of correspondence. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must also demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-01 (GS-04 Equivalent) level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales policies and procedures. Knowledge of DON management information system/office automation applications, principles, and practices to include the following IT systems: DSAMS, CEPT, SCIP, Information Warehouse, and other security assistance systems and tools. Education FOR NH-02: The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) authorizes substitution of education for the position at the NH-02 level, as follows: 1) Successfully completing a four year course of study leading to a bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution of higher learning. OR 2) A combination of experience and education. Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled. This announcement uses the Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project (AcqDemo) Business & Technical Management direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to certain positions in the competitive service. This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-02 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-05 through GS-11.
