About This Role:

The Global Account Director, Premier Hi-Tech Accounts, strengthens existing executive-level client relationships and develops net new business opportunities within a portfolio of Forrester’s largest Technology provider accounts. The Global Account Director will report directly to a premier Sales Director and is accountable for achieving aggressive quarterly growth and renewal targets. In addition, this strategic role is responsible for developing and executing a global account strategy, which includes partnering with Forrester team members in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; Asia Pacific; and the partners’ organization.

Job Description:

  • Generate incremental revenue from an existing client base by selling net new Forrester solutions and growing existing relationships.

  • Maintain an appropriate rolling sales pipeline to achieve aggressive account enrichment and new business targets.

  • Leverage Forrester’s CRM system to forecast accurately and maintain account activities and goals.

  • Develop strong strategic relationships with executive-level clients.

  • Use analytical skills to understand our clients’ changing business and technology issues and needs.

  • Work strategically to develop and execute global account plans that position Forrester as a strategic resource.

  • Communicate professionally to both internal and external audiences.

Job Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Requires strong business acumen and strong understanding of contracting enterprise contracts

  • Ability to lead, coach and guide a small team.

  • Previous experience working with international teams, internally and externally

  • Eight-plus years’ experience managing Fortune 500 client relationships, achieving new business revenue goals, and managing personal sales strategies.

  • The ability to develop and maintain executive-level relationships.

  • A track record of consistent quota achievement.

  • Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills.

  • Knowledge of Google’s business

  • A high-energy team player who is a fast learner and is at ease with technology.

  • Experience managing relationships across multiple geographies.

  • The ability to travel as necessary.

Please note that the base salary range indicated here is inclusive of all applicable US geographies listed in this requisition. This salary range is based upon the position as described in the job listing. The offered compensation may vary within this range and is dependent upon the successful candidate’s primary work location, experience, training, education, and credentials.

Base salary range: $118,451 - $193,261

For employees based in Washington State, the percentage listed here is an estimated incentive commission target as a percentage of base salary, in accordance with the Forrester Sales Global Compensation Plan. Individual and company performance, as well as other eligibility criteria, will determine the actual incentive amount.

Commission target: 66.67%
