We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support in the manufacturing industry, particularly in the medical and industrial sectors. Randstad's Client specializes in comprehensive project support for startups and OEMs, focusing on contract manufacturing services. With a global presence, our client caters to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) by offering solutions to support their manufacturing needs. Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in order entry using ERP/CRM systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, low-key environment.

  • Experience in the medical field or B2B sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieving purchase orders (POs), entering them accurately, and following up with customers.

  • Managing made-to-order processes with high attention to detail.

  • Upholding top-notch quality standards in all aspects of customer service.

  • Utilizing ERP/CRM systems to enter orders and update information.

  • Proficiency in Excel for managing spreadsheets and data.

  • Communicating professionally with customers regarding order timelines and any discrepancies.

  • Collaborating with internal departments such as Planning, Engineering, and Shipping/Receiving to ensure seamless order processing.

  • Maintaining a relaxed yet focused work environment that values problem-solving and teamwork.

The essential functions of this role include:
