Responsibilities
Individual Responsibilities:
Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
Responsible to live and drive Stryker’s five success factors: Quality First, Customer Experience, Innovation, People Development, and Financial Results
Functional Responsibilities:
Support Continuous Improvement initiatives, projects and activities based on changing priorities
Assist with data optimization activities and updates to support operational efficiency, such as open sales order reviews and shipments forecasting
Run reports and prepare analysis for the team, upon request.
Identify process improvements and implement solutions with the team
Provide support to other positions within Operations, as required
Other duties assigned by manager

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Excellent Excel skills and experience manipulating and analyzing data.
Experience creating data visualizations using PowerBI is an asset.
Experience with Microsoft 360 (Sharepoint, MS Teams, MS Office, Power Platform: PowerBI, PowerApps) is an asset
High-energy, high urgency, with a passion for winning.
Highly service-oriented, with a continuous commitment to enhancing the customer experience
Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Effective planning and organizational skills; must be able to prioritize work
Must be extremely detail-oriented
Education & Qualifications
College diploma or university degree in progress
Experience in Process Improvement is an asset
