Creates and maintains enthusiastic, respectful, and positive work environment for children, staff, students, families and faculty.
Positively demonstrates an interest in, concern for, and relates well to young children and their families.
Helps to prepare daily report sheets for each child enrolled in the classroom.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Works and supports in conjunction with the Coordinator and Lead Teachers implementing a curriculum that supports center philosophy and meets children’s needs to maintain a high-quality early education program.
Maintain child/staff ratio daily.
Analyzes and resolves any problems that may arise with parents, staff, students or children in partnership with Lead Teacher.

Attend work as scheduled. Complete responsibilities, tasks, and trainings within assigned timelines.

Demonstrate effective communication skills both written and verbal.
Computer Familiarity. Able to browse internet, use email.
Qualifications:
Related direct work experience with Infant through Preschool age children. (preferred)
16 years old or older
This position requires the ability to pass an extensive background check, including checks of the Dependent Adult and Child Abuse registries, the Sex Offender registry, and a criminal history check.
