We are looking for energetic and fun team members to help support our summer boom season (with opportunity for beyond). You will work 20-40+ hours per week. The ideal candidate has previous experience and enjoys working in a busy restaurant environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to work both positions across a variety of shifts and both inside and outside areas. We are looking for energetic candidates who may want to start and evolve into leadership roles and help to develop recipes and specials as we grow our menu.

Responsibilities:

• Serving: Setting tables, taking orders, and serving food and drinks to multiple tables
• Bartending: Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including mixed drinks, wine, and beer
• Maintaining: Keeping bar and dining areas clean and organized; restocking supplies and equipment as needed
• Inventory: Assist in tracking and stocking inventory for each shift
• Safety: Following proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintaining appropriate dating, labeling, and bevarge/item rotations
• Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
• Arrive to work on time and stay late if needed
• Follow direction of front-of-house manager or on-duty manager
• MUST be able to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time (minimum standing for 4-8+ hours)

Experience:

• Restaurant experience: 1 year minimum (Preferred)
