The Mobile Customer Service Representative (Mobile Rep) will be the face of ConnectRx and CDPHP and represent our company in a professional manner to achieve excellent customer satisfaction with our patients in the community. The Mobile Rep is a member of the healthcare team and has a key role in the operations of the pharmacy by leading the pharmacy home delivery service. They will deliver to an assigned route within the CDPHP service region. The Mobile Rep will be responsible for assuring all packages are reviewed, prepared, and divided properly, and will coordinate with the pharmacist and technician team on any specific needs of the patient. The Mobile Rep shall demonstrate safe driving skills at all times, as well as effective time management, attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience in a professional setting required.

  • Minimum one (1) year of delivery experience, including planning routes, organizing items to be delivered and driving daily to multiple locations in a variety of traffic and/or weather conditions strongly preferred.

  • Customer service experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or related field preferred.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook is strongly preferred.

  • Experience with maintaining databases, routing application software or other similar systems or applications required.

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships both internally and externally.

  • Demonstrated ability to pro-actively identify problems, as well as recommend and/or implement effective solutions.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with and maintain confidential information.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be detail oriented with strong organization skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work varying schedules between the hours of 8am to 7pm. Schedule may include Saturdays.

  • When working onsite, position requires long periods of standing and significant walking.

  • Ability to meet all requirements to drive a CDPHP company vehicle, including a motor vehicle background check.

    CDPHP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. In addition to cash compensation, CDPHP employees may be eligible for an incentive payment, a discretionary cash reward based on employee and company performance. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
