The Position: Under the direction of the AP/AR Manager, the AP Support Clerk will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our AP team. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable, employee culture focused company with room for professional growth and advancement. Role and Responsibilities Imports emailed invoices to electronic A/P software system. Works in Kofax and verifies invoice and routes to correct approver in A/P workflow. Makes calls to vendors with invoice questions and requests invoice copies. Identifies project information for payment and performance bonds and verifies bond costs are correct. Routes company credit card statements for required approvals. Secondary back up to the switchboard. May spend 1.5 hours weekly during summer hours, or 4 hours per week if primary back up is unavailable.
