JOB REQUIREMENTS: Clinical Support Associate/ EMT/ Medical Assistant/ LPN- Waukesha Electrophysiology - Full Time Days About Us: ProHealth Care\'s Waukesha Heart and Vascular Center provides exceptional cardiovascular care. Our Electrophysiology Clinic specializes in diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Support Associate to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality patient care. Position Overview: The Full-Time Clinical Support Associate will support the Electrophysiology Clinic by assisting healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to patients with heart rhythm disorders. This role involves a variety of clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective patient management. 7:30-4:00 or 7:00-3:30 with variability by days; Primary location -Heart & Vascular Center on campus of Waukesha Memorial Hospital. Key Responsibilities: Patient Support: Assist in the preparation and examination of patients, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring patient comfort. Administrative Duties: Schedule patient appointments, manage patient records, and coordinate with other departments for seamless patient care. Clinical Assistance: Prepare and maintain examination rooms, assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, and manage medical supplies. Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, addressing patient inquiries and providing information about treatments and procedures. Documentation: Accurately document patient information, medical histories, and treatment plans in electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Compliance: Follow infection control protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is highly desirable. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in EMR systems and basic medical procedures. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
