Job Title: Welder and Fabricator

Job Description

As a Welder and Fabricator, you will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints to determine materials requirements and task sequences. You will plan and execute sequences of steps to perform your duties, using measuring devices to cut and prepare raw materials to required specifications. You will set up and operate fabricating machines such as brakes, rolls, shears, flame cutters, grinders, and drill presses. Additionally, you will position, align, fit, and weld parts to form complete units or subunits. Your role involves operating various welding, soldering, or brazing equipment and ensuring all duties are performed following 5S/LEAN manufacturing requirements and adhering to all safety and health policies.

This is a fully on-site position in Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Clean, well-lit assembly line for truck and van conversion. You will be working independently on single tasks and collaborating with others on the line.
