Asset Management Operations Specialist – Local candidates only

Our client, a global financial services firm, is seeking an Asset Management Operations Specialist to join their Wayne, PA team on a contract to hire basis. Hybrid work environment; local candidates only.

Responsibilities:

Supporting life cycle management for various programs for early/end of lease quoting

Adhering to program SLA agreements

Providing responses related to quotes inquiries

Overseeing team inbox and ensuring timely requests distribution

Performing unapplied cash reconciliation

Processing check applications and submitting requests for refund

Reconciling accounts

Assisting with departmental correspondence, including sending cancellation rejection letters, distribution of contract and vendor information, and opening mail

Answering phone queue overflow calls

Ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

1-3 years equipment leasing environment experience

Word and Excel proficiency

Strong organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Additional Details:

Compensation: $28.00/hr

Employment type: six month contract to hire

Salary range $28/ HR W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
