The Assistant Financial Branch Manager is responsible for bookkeeping, timesheets, and other administrated tasks around the office. They will have a strong presence in the community and actively promote the BrightStar brand. They will collaborate with the Client Service Coordinator to hire, train and place qualified staff with the accounts and families they sign. This position offers a rewarding career in an industry that serves others and improves the lives of those in our community. Responsibilities: Collect employee timesheets and complete payroll duties. Assist with general business administration operations as designated by branch director Assisting receptionists Couriering important files Managing records of company policies and procedures Coordinating company meeting, events and sessions with other department assistants Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases Arranging for the delivery of domestic and international packages Operations Assistants help the chief operations officer (COO). Operations Assistants must be adept, proficient, highly motivated, can endure immense work pressure and be very dependable.
