Robert Half FP&A Manager/Cost Analyst in Wayne, Pennsylvania
Description
We are currently working with a global client on their search for a strategic FP& A Manager/Cost Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and operating procedures, assisting with financial modelling, forecasting revenues/expenditures, leading the budgeting process, utilizing KPI reporting to drive the priority focus, identify areas for revenue generation, and provide guidance on investment opportunities. The ideal FP& A Manager/Cost Analyst should have QAD software experience, be able to own process integrations, support the strategic planning process, and ensure all operations reconcile with internal policies and procedures.
How you will make an impact
· Manage the annual budget and strategic planning process
· Prepare KPI reporting
· Conduct thorough research of historical financial data
· Analyze business opportunities and investments
· Lead efforts to business unit profitability
· Coordinate with cost accounting department
· Develop and gain deep business understanding of financial drivers
· Meet appropriate business deadlines
· Monitor performance indicators for profit and loss
· Establish financial policieS
Requirements
The ideal FP& A Manager/Cost Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance.
Other requirements for the FP& A Manager/Cost Analyst role include and are not limited to:
· 5+ years of comprehensive FP& A experience
· Cost Analysis (manufacturing) experience a MUST
· Basic understanding of Accounting and Financial reporting
· Light Travel required
