Warehouse and Innovation Manager, Waynesboro, Georgia:
DUTIES:
Manage the complete supply chain management functions for the distribution of metal roofing systems and related products to client accounts.
Primary authority for managing all logistics operations, including optimization of loading and managing transport services delivering products from Worthouse plant to the client site.
Construct specific packages to manage customer-specific requirements.
Oversee inventory management, preparing calculations, estimations and offers.
Responsible for creating warehouse policies related to distribution, logistics and inventory reporting.
Manage resolution of customer complaints
Handling of specific tools, such as Inventor, AutoCAD, and EMB 3D, for detailed modelling process of inventory usage.
Manage and lead technical and safety training programs for warehouse operations.
Manage safety policies, and maintenance and usage of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and fleet vehicles.
Oversee training of the warehouse delivery installers.
Perform visual quality checks of the companys products.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in Supply Chain Management; and Shipping Logistics involving metal roofing warehousing, and packaging by utilizing Inventor, AutoCAD, and EMB 3D.
