Parts Associate: Performs a variety of customer service, in store, marketing, promoting, advertising and stocking duties related to the receiving, sale and delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe and profitable operation of the parts department. Ongoing responsibility for assisting with the counter sales and customer service responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities: Adept at TMW & TMT software, Microsoft Office Suite and other departmental required software. Provides Professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant interface with Customers always representing Page. Maintains accurate records or daily transactions Provide Service technicians with products as required Follows prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures Conducts accurate and timely cycle counts Reports inventory discrepancies to Inventory Manager Flexible and available for scheduling Sells products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customers needs Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly Treat customers fairly and with honesty and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices Ride along with company driver, gain an understanding of driver operations and work completed within their daily functions Safety Sensitive position Applicable PPE required Regular Attendance & Punctuality

Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree Background in the trucking industry is a plus Ability to speak effectively one on one Ability to effectively listen Interpret customer needs Basic computer skills Organizational skills are a must Must pass post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to companies drug free workplace policies
