UBS Business Solutions US LLC is hiring a Director, Data Analytics Development Manager (ref. Code 000258) in Weehawken, NJ.Duties: Analyze and shape business requirements. Design and implement complex data analytics on both Cloud and Hybrid data platforms. Coordinate development of software components by adopting a new approach to development, testing and automation. Work with the Data Scientists, Architects and Developers to design and deploy data/predictive modeling solutions to end-users across the globe. Make data more accessible to others within an organization and produce optimized dimensional database designs to support hundreds of users querying millions of transactions at performance, ranging from minutes down to sub-seconds. Ensure the end user of the data can get accurate data from which the business can make insightful decisions. Support the team in resolving high-priority defects and deploying fixes to production systems. Ensure that code is secure, stable and operational before handover to business partners. .REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Electronic Engineering or a related field of study and 10 years of experience in the job offered or 10 years of experience as a Vice President, Data Integration & Reporting Lead, Database and ETL Lead or related role.
