West Virginia Employer Outside Sales Specialist in Wellsburg, West Virginia

The company is seeking a skilled and motivated sales professional to join our team. This new position is critical to enhancing relationships with customers and distributors and extending our reach to new territories. This results-oriented, high-visibility role reports to the President and works cooperatively with all of our teams to achieve superior customer satisfaction and long-term business growth. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS: Bachelors Degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of sales experience. The ideal professional will have previous marine industry experience, a passion for the water, and a track record of establishing and growing customer relationships. Experience with dock building, metal fabrication or construction is a plus. Fluent in all Microsoft Office 365 applications. Technically astute with excellent presentation skills, customer service attitude, attention to detail and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, highly ethical, positive culture addition. Multilingual skills a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Compensation commensurate with experience, starting at $50,000+. Bonus-eligibility based on individual and company performance. 401(k) company match, up to 3%. Company-subsidized health, dental, and vision insurance. WHAT THE ROLE DOES: Craft a territorial sales strategy in partnership with the President and sales team, with established targets. Identify, initiate, and cultivate sales opportunities to increase awareness and interest in company product. Continuously become a better product expect, with a deep understanding of how our products fit with market needs and compare to competitor offerings. Provide prompt follow-up and communication along the customer journey including bid request forms, sketches, detail drawings, and photos. Manage projects from prospect through project design, coordinating with the engineering and marketing team assuring customer requirements are met. Develop and deliver sales presentations to customers; actively participate in trade shows and dealer events. Establish credibility throughout the organization, while fostering the mission, vision, and values of the business.
