Currently hiring for Y Shift: 5pm-5am Friday - Sunday
Please note that the shift above will not go into effect until September 1st, if hired prior to effective date training times will be coordinated with Manager.
Your Role on Our Team
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance services and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, plastering, machine servicing, and electrical.
You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
Follow and promote all safety policies and proactively identify potential safety issues, and practice 6S standards to maintain a safe and clean working environment for all employees
Identify and assist in leading corrective action for potential safety risks on the floor
Troubleshoot and correct setups, tooling, and malfunctions
Operate personnel lifts
Perform all repairs and adaptions of equipment, such as; changing air, grease and coolant lines, switches, belts, guards
Fabricate miscellaneous items out of wood, metal and Plexiglas
Build or fabricate devices to improve quality and production
Use hand and power tools
Move equipment
Plumbing, welding, construction of metal/wood, brazing, soldering
Manage maintenance supplies and maintain supply inventory
Order spare parts and supplies and rebuild machines as required
Routine electronic machine maintenance and upkeep
Replace electrical motors and components
Wire machines
Install new equipment
Design components and fabricate
Design and install guarding
Troubleshoot and replace electronic boards and digital and analog CNC drives
Intermediate Robotics
Train team members
The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
40 semester hours of industrial Trade Training or 5 years general maintenance experience
Qualified electrician and basic electronics
Understand and follow verbal and written instructions, as well as drawings and blueprints
Certified forkliftoperator
Welding
Industrial electricity/wiring
