PURPOSE: This position\'s primary responsibility is to collect parts and prepare customer orders for Final Assembly and to assist other assemblers in the assembly of units. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Review job order specification sheet and bill of materials to determine the parts needed for the customer order. * Verify parts to the blueprint drawings. * Pick and consolidate parts into designated areas. * Pick and organize painted inventory into designated areas. * Prepare completed orders for shipping by collecting all parts and paperwork. * Assist Final assemblers with the assembly of units. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Basic mechanical ability. * Organization skills. * Ability to use hand tools. * Ability to drive forklift. * Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings. * Basic computer skills. * Clear verbal communication skills.
