Healthy Living Treatment, LLC Facility Maintenance in West Chester, Ohio

Lumiere Healing Centers is hiring a full time Facility Maintenance Technician.  

The Facility Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, clean, well-kept, healthy and adequately supplied environment for clients, patients, and staff, under the direct supervision of the Executive Director.

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery equipment, or systems
  2. Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  3. Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs
  4. Supervise contractors when necessary.
  5. Inspect facility to ensure it is in compliance with Building Codes.
  6. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory.
  7. Keep building free of mold and hornet nests.
  8. Empty all ash trays
  9. Assure all landscape is being properly maintained by landscape contractor.
  10. Perform weekly maintenance test on generator and record data
  11. Monitors day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the facility.
  12. Replace air conditioner/furnace filters
  13. Plumbing issues that arise.
  14. Electrical issues as they arise.
  15. Remove all garbage inside and outside of the facility.
  16. Any necessary painting.
  17. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
  18. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
  19. Always maintain confidentiality displaying a professional disposition towards fellow staff.
  20. Protect the privacy of all patient information in accordance with Lumiere Healing Centers privacy policies, procedures, and practices, as required by federal and state law, and in accordance with the general principle of professionalism as a health care provider. Failure to comply with Lumiere Healing Center's policies and procedures on patient privacy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
